The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
- If you purchase an existing item, your order will be placed for dispatch within 24 hours (the next business day).
- If you order a custom item, the product will be created from scratch and will be sent to you within 30 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
We provide fast and reliable shipping Australia-wide, through our reliable couriers, Australian Post and Couriers Please. After processing and leaving the workshop, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination if our standard shipping option is selected. We also offer express shipping options including same day delivery within Victoria and overnight delivery Australia-wide. You are able to calculate and select your preferred shipping method at the checkout.

How do I track my order?
Your item is scanned at each staged of its journey to the destination.
Once you place an order, I will generate and send you an order number and instructions in an email so that you can track the order status online. Once your item has been dispatched we will also send you a shipment tracking number from our courier so that you can track the shipping status.
What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, firstly track your parcel on our website using your tracking number / label number. This will show you where you parcel is within our network.
If you’d like additional information, please complete an online enquiry on the website.
What if I’m unable to sign for the delivery?
If you’re unable to sign for your parcel, the courier is usually able to leave your parcel in a secure place at your address without a signature. Before this can be done, you’ll need to provide an Authority To Leave for the courier.
Can I pick my parcel up from the courier depot?
Generally there is no problem, however please make sure you contact us first to ensure it’s at the depot.
Can I arrange a delivery for a specific time?
Unfortunately the couriers can’t deliver at specific times. Alternatively you can advise for your deliveries to be made without a signature or collect from your local depot.
How will my product be packaged?
It is very important to me that your parcel arrives safely and undamaged. All items are packaged individually using bubble wrap, foam and placed in high quality cardboard boxes to protect your items.
